Science: The Science of Magic - Students will learn the science behind magic tricks. Using skepticism and our scientific knowledge, we will solve the mystery of magic.
Social Skills: A Little SPOT of Teamwork - Students will learn how working together, taking turns, sharing ideas, and helping one another can make tasks easier and more fun.

Science: I See the Light - Students will use a light-sensing device (Micro:bit) and coding to test materials for absorption and refraction of light.
Social Skills: A Little SPOT of Responsibility - We'll talk about what it means to be responsible by practicing routines like cleaning up, taking care of our belongings, and being dependable helpers.

Science: Brushbot Robotics - Each student will build an electric circuit to power a Brushbot and make it wiggle and dance.
Social Skills: Sportsmanship - Through games and group activities, the students will practice winning and losing respectfully, cheering for others, and showing kindness during competition.

Science: Solar System Crafts - This hands-on project will help students learn planet facts and visualize the solar system.

Science: Animal Project - Part 1.0 - Students will choose a favorite animal to research with credible sources and make a model of their animals.
Social Skills: Celebrating Independence & Community - We'll discuss community celebrations, safety during holiday events, and ways we can show kindness and respect while celebrating together.

Science: Animal Project - Part 2.0 - Using the scientific data collected in the previous week, students will build a habitat for their animal models.
Social Skills: Respecting rules & Staying Safe - We'll focus on making safe choices, listening to trusted adults, and understanding how rules keep everyone protected and cared for.

Science: Self-paddle Boats - Students will design and build mini paddle boats. The paddle creates thrust in the water to propel the boat forward.
