Science: CO2 - Students will learn the chemistry that produces fizzy bath bombs. When you combine sodium bicarbonate and citric acid, and these ingredients react with H2O, they produce CO2 gas.

Science: Does color affect taste? - With food dyes in the news, we will explore how food color affects our perception of flavor. Students will use the Scientific Method to make predictions, test their hypotheses, and record their results.
Social Skills: First Impressions Matter - This week is all about the power of a first impression. Children will learn how to introduce themselves confidently, practice polite greetings, and understand the importance of eye contact, body language, and a warm smile. We’ll use role-playing games and fun skits to practice meeting new people respectfully.

Science: Soldering 2.0 - Soldering is a process of joining two metal surfaces together with a filler metal called solder. It is commonly used in the electronics industry to manufacture circuit boards. Students will practice soldering and will create their own light-up electronic toys.
Social Skills: Kindness Counts (Digital & Real Life) - Whether texting or talking, kindness matters. This week includes a gentle introduction to digital etiquette alongside real-world skills like giving compliments, resolving small conflicts kindly, and respecting personal space.

Social Skills: Problem-solving with Politeness - What happens when someone cuts in line or takes your toy? We’ll help children learn how to express frustration in respectful ways, how to advocate for themselves, and when to get help from a grown-up. It’s conflict resolution with a kindness twist!

Social Skills: Confidence & Compliments Celebration - This week, we’ll celebrate everything we’ve learned during the summer! Children will practice giving and receiving compliments, build a “toolkit” of kind words, and participate in a fun role-play showcase. We’ll end the summer with certificates, smiles, and a fancy snack.
